Women 2.0 Start-Up Weekend Is Coming!
The organization Women 2.0 aims to provide women entrepreneurs “the resources, network and knowledge for the launch and growth of their company.” It’s a fantastic group that constantly hosts a variety of events intended to empower and inspire women entrepreneurs at all levels. This month, its hosting its annual Startup Weekend, where women entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs can find ideas, join teams, meet founders, network and create companies in the Silicon Valley. This year, it’ll be held August 28-30th. You don’t have to be a Silicon Valley resident to attend and for entrepreneurs and aspiring founders, it can be a great way to form and hone ideas, meet great contacts and most of all, have fun.
